Bill Brooks had been at Tangerine salon in Allen for 15 years and in June decided to join up with the City Salon team in Plano. He’s been a hair stylist in the Dallas area for over 30 years and his other passion is playing music which he currently still plays in his two bands Moving Colors and Missing 3.
